At Reapit, it is important to us to understand what matters most to our customers - Feature Roadmap Voting gives you, as a Reapit customer, the ability to influence:

  • What features appear on our roadmap

  • How those features are prioritised

This helps us to understand which features give the most value to you

What can I vote on and how many votes do I get?

  • You can vote on the features that bring the most benefit to you and your agency - the features that will appear come mostly from Reapit’s customer-facing teams, based on customer suggestions

  • You can only place one vote per feature, but you can vote on multiple features

Initially the features are limited to the AgencyCloud platform - in the future we will be adding features for mobile and MyAgency

What determines which items are put forward for development?

The highest number of votes does not necessarily mean that the feature becomes the top priority for development, there are other factors we need to consider - such as:

  • the effort to develop the feature

  • how long it is going to take to deliver the feature

  • how many customers the feature will benefit

All the above factors help us to determine our development priorities

How do I vote?

You can access Feature Roadmap Voting here, or from within AgencyCloud

  • Click Login (top right)

Use the same login details that you use for Jira to raise tickets with our Service Desk

After clicking the link above, you will see panels that display:

  • Feature Requests & Gathering Interest showing which features have been requested, including how many votes have already been placed

  • which features have been Committed to Development

  • which features have been Committed to Release (and which release)

Along with our roadmap that is published quarterly, this site provides you with full visibility of Reapit’s development plans

If you have any questions on anything covered in this guide, please contact your Reapit CSM
