Sending letters as PDF via email now available for DevExpress users
DevExpress users can now use the enhanced functionality for sending PDF letters via email (introduced for Microsoft Office users in 12.167)
Sales & lettings/rentals content
Track viewing & market appraisal 'no shows'
A viewing and a market appraisal appointment has the facility to mark attendance as ‘no show’ or ‘attended’ - reports can be run to track this
Update to Sales Daily Report to show number of match & details sent information
The Sales Daily Report contains information on the number of matches carried out and details sent
Updates to email certificate prompt when uploading document functionality
Various updates have been made to the configuration option (introduced in 12.145) to prompt to email the tenant/landlord when uploading a certificate document
Identify overseas landlords
When a landlord lives overseas, a checkbox on the landlord record can be used to indicate this - reports can then be run where overseas landlords can be identified
