When saving a document to the letters screen on a property, applicant, contact or tenancy, the document properties screen is automatically displayed, allowing the document name and type to be set at the same time as saving it
This update ensures that the correct document type is saved with the document, along with the document name being saved appropriately - it also mirrors the same behaviour seen when uploading a document via a document management (or Documents) screen throughout the system
From property, applicant, contact or tenancy:
Setting a document type ensures it is categorised correctly within the system, while updating the document name ensures it is displayed as required in the letters screen |
