This page explains how to add a recurring charge to a tenancy


1. Complete the Tenancy Renewals & Alterations screen

Open the relevant tenancy screen:

  • From Financial & Renewals tab, double-click Add renewal, alteration or fee (at bottom)


In the Tenancy Renewals & Alterations screen:

  • Select Recurring Charge

  • Enter the From date the recurring charge is to start from

  • Select Charge Type and Account


  • Enter the charge Net Amount, in months how often the charge is to recur and lastly a narrative for the charge

  • Click Accept
