Auctions & lots

This page outlines how to use the auction functionality
Auction functionality is a configuration option - to request for this to be enabled, contact Reapit Support
1. Auction screen From the main menu, click Property and select Auctions: Auctions can be viewed or added from this screen; there are two auction types, Multi Lot and Single Lot

2. Adding an auction / lot details If the auction has multiple lots - see 2a The auction needs to be added first before the lots can be added to it If the auction has a single lot - see 2b
| - Click Add Auction - Enter the auction details Follow the instructions in 2b to add each lot to the auction - From the property record, in Disposal select By Auction - Click Details - Complete the lot information
2c: For a multiple lot auction - In Type: select Multi then in Auction, click Select - Select the auction from the list (added in 2a) and click Accept - Continue adding the auction details, as shown in 2b The option to add a Legal Pack is dependent on configuration; for Lot Fees, see next section |
3. Adding lot fees Where configured, a lot fee can be added How to do this is outlined in 3a
| From the lot details screen: - In the Lot Fees panel, click - Select the required fee

4. View, edit, add new or delete existing lot information Once a lot has been saved To view/edit existing details or to add new:

5. Other options Auction details can be displayed in the Diary This first needs to be enabled by clicking the Diary Options icon (cog) and selecting Show auctions - Double-click the diary entry to view the auction details - Double-click an individual lot to display the property record and lot details - Auction details are also shown in the property Journal The following Lot Status options are available On the main auction screen (as seen in step 1), when selecting an auction with one or more lots added to it, the Print button (top left) displays the Print and Export options, allowing the selected lots to be printed, emailed or exported to Excel You may have the option to be able to export detailed lot information to a Microsoft Excel template; Lot Export templates are set-up by Reapit Support An Auction Date column can be added when viewing a list of properties in a grid - Right-click over the column headings, select Pick Columns and click Auction Date - Click and drag the new column to the desired position - Right-click over the column headings again and select Save grid layout |
