When using safety certificate checklist functionality, from AgencyCloud version 12.137, checklist information is shown in the certificates grid on the property attributes screen

From property attributes, Appliances, Insurance & Safety tab, the Safety Checks, Certificates, Insurance & Warranties grid contains new columns:

  • Completed
    Indicates whether all certificate checks are complete

  • Checks
    Indicates how many certificate checks are complete

  • Notes
    Displays notes added to the certificate record

Information shown in a grid can be sorted and filtered - click the column heading to sort the grid or click to the right of the heading for filter options
