When contacting Reapit Support, include the alarm types you wish to be added

When using alarms functionality for lettings properties, custom alarm types can be added

Add new alarm details

From Attributes screen on a lettings property:

  • Click Appliances, Insurance & Safety tab (or click Certificates in Attributes panel)

  • From Alarms panel, click (on right)

  • Click Category - custom alarm types will be offered, e.g. Security Alarm
    Custom alarm types will be added to the default list - default options are Carbon Monoxide Alarm and Smoke Alarm
