This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

As part of the new user interface (UI) project, the following screens have been redesigned in 12.145 to bring them in line with previously redesigned screens

For all screens outlined here, all existing functionality exists but with a refreshed look and feel

Viewing tenancies due for renewal grid from Organiser

When viewing a list of tenancies due for renewal from the Organiser, the screen uses the new UI format

From the Organiser, Property Management panel:

  • Right-click over a renewals entry, e.g. Tenancy renewal negotiations and select Full results - the screen displayed uses the new UI format

Adding a tenancy renewal, alteration or fee

When adding a tenancy renewal, alteration or fee, the screen uses the new UI format

From the tenancy:

  • Beside Status field (on Details tab), select Add renewals/alterations icon
    or from Financial & Renewals, click on the Renewals / Alterations / Fees panel

  • Select Add renewal, alteration or fee and click Accept
