Arrears screen updates (12.147)

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

The arrears screen has had the following updates in AgencyCloud 12.147:

Previous Property Manager column now titled Key Contact

The column previously titled Property Manager has been changed to Key Contact:

  • This change is to the title of the column to make it more accurate

  • The column has always displayed the name of the property Key Contact
    (as set in the Relationships panel of the property screen)

Property Manager & Property Administrator columns can be added (where configured)

When your system is configured to allow a Property Administrator to be added to a lettings property, two extra columns can be added to the arrears screen:

  • The Property Manager & Property Administrator columns show the names of the people set as the Property Manager and Property Administrator on the lettings property record

This only applies to systems that are configured to allow the addition of a Property Administrator to a lettings property

Add new columns

From the arrears screen:

  • Right-click over the column headings, click Pick columns then select both the Property Administrator and Property Manager options

  • The two new columns will be added to the far right side of the grid - click and drag the column headings to the desired position

  • Right-click over the column headings again and click Save grid layout

Use grid functions to sort, group or filter

Grid functions can be used to sort, group or filter the arrears screen by Property Manager or Property Administrator:

  • To sort the list, click the column heading

  • To group or filter by Property Manager/Administrator, click to the right of the column heading

  • Select Group by… to group the list OR select individual name(s) to filter the list

Grid functions can also be used to sort, group or filter by Key Contact
