Inspection due date shown in Organiser grid before appointment booked

From AgencyCloud 12.165+, until the first inspection appointment is booked on a new managed tenancy - when viewing inspections to be booked via the Organiser, the Inspection Due date will be displayed, rather than display blank

1. Access inspections to be booked on Organiser

From the Organiser, Property Management panel:

  • Right-click over Inspections to be booked and select Full results

2. Grid view in AgencyCloud 12.165+

For new tenancies:

  • Inspection Due dates are displayed

  • The date displayed is taken from the Next inspection Not yet booked date on the tenancy

Prior to AgencyCloud 12.165

  • For new tenancies, no date is displayed in the Inspection Due column
