Supplier invoice document preview option

Uploaded supplier invoice document(s) can be previewed when viewing a supplier invoice

This update allows invoice documents to be accessed more quickly and efficiently

The device display resolution used needs to be at least 1280 pixels to allow the preview function to operate

From a supplier invoice:

  • Documents uploaded (via Docs) are displayed in the Invoice(s) window

    • Select a document to preview

  • The document preview is displayed to the right of the invoice

  • Click Exit (bottom, middle) to close the invoice, as usual

The preview window will then be automatically displayed when viewing subsequent invoices with uploaded documents (and will continue to be displayed while the user is logged in)
