Activity Feed shown in works order (including emails sent, where configured)

The works order screen notes area is now shown as an Activity Feed and, where your system is configured to save sent emails, the feed will include details of emails sent via the works order

Bottom left of the works order screen:

  • The previous Notes area is now shown as an Activity Feed

Works order notes

  • Click  button to add a note to the works order
    Notes show up in the feed below - see example at the top of the Activity Feed list above

Sent emails

This section only applies if your system is set-up to save sent emails

  • Choosing to email the contractor, landlord or tenant from the works order screen will automatically log this in the Activity Feed panel

  • Double-clicking an email displayed in the Activity Feed will open a new window showing the email message sent, along with any attachments that were included

To send an email from the works order:

  • To the right of an email address, click the envelope icon and select a Send e-mail option

    This can be done within the Tenant, Landlord or Contractor panel on a works order
