New UI - client account picker screen

As part of the on-going new user interface (UI) project, the client account picker screen has been redesigned to bring it in line with previously redesigned screens

The client account picker screen is displayed when more than one client account is set-up on the system and the screen being accessed requires the relevant account to be selected, such as Daily Accounts Processes

The client account picker screen is accessed from various locations across the system:
(i.e. when selecting almost all Daily Accounts Processes from the Lettings/Rentals main menu)

The screen displayed uses the new UI format
All existing functionality exists but with a refreshed look and feel
