Updates to English quarter dates (12.193)

Available from version 12.193

No configuration is required for this update - however, English Quarter Date functionality is a configurable option for Enterprise customers

The following updates have been made to English quarter date functionality:

  1. To assist in clarification of the model being used, the labelling for English quarter date functionality has been updated to use the correct term of English quarter dates - rather than British quarter dates, as seen previously

    • The English quarter date option has moved position (further down) within the frequency menu

  2. When English quarter date functionality is enabled, the following fields are no longer automatically changed to English quarter date frequency, but can be changed manually, when required

    • initial rent payable

    • letting fee frequency

    • management fee frequency

1. Label changes

All previous references to British quarter dates on a tenancy have been updated to use the term English quarter dates

2. Fields no longer automatically updated when English quarter date functionality enabled

When English quarter date functionality is enabled, the defaults used on the tenancy in the highlighted fields below are no longer automatically changed to English quarter date frequency

Where required, the fields can be changed manually to Eng. Quarter (as seen in step 1 above)
