Send arrears letters/emails to tenant, guarantor or both

When using the arrears screen to communicate with tenants/guarantors regarding tenant arrears, it is possible to choose who to send the correspondence to

Options are:

  • the tenant(s)

  • the guarantor(s)

  • both tenant(s) and guarantor(s)

Prior to this update, correspondence would be sent to both the tenant and guarantor with no option to select the required recipients

When sending correspondence from the arrears screen via rule-based tenant arrears notifications, you are now able to send correspondence to just guarantors, along with the options offered previously
Prior to this release, options were to send to tenant, tenant/guarantor or landlord

From the main menu:

  • Click Lettings/Rentals and select Chase Arrears

  • Click Print

  • Select Yes or No, as required

  • Select who to send to and click Accept

    • Options are: Tenants, Tenants and guarantors or Guarantors

The print/export options screen will be displayed:

  • Selecting Letters or E-mail will generate a letter/email for the selected party type(s) in the previous step (e.g. just guarantors)
