When sending emails that include attachments, the attached files are saved, as well as the email itself.
Wherever sent emails are being saved, from version 12.119+, attachments will be stored automatically. This feature is currently just for Outlook email.
Configuration is required in order for sent emails to be saved. If not configured on your system, and you are an Enterprise customer, please click here to raise a configuration request with Reapit Support.
1. Send email An email can be sent from within the system in various places For example:

2. Saved email in Activity Feed After the email is sent, a record of this is added to the Activity Feed of the related record(s)
