In order for your business to use Reapit Go, it must be enabled via the Reapit AppMarket first
It only needs to be enabled once for the whole company, not for each individual user

This page outlines the basics for getting started with Reapit Go on your mobile device, it covers how to:

Launch Reapit Go & log in

1. Launch Reapit Go

On your mobile device:

2. Welcome screen

From the Welcome screen:

  • Tap Login With Reapit

3. Log in with usual Reapit login

From login page:

  • Enter your usual Reapit login details and tap Sign in

You may see a message asking permission for Reapit Go to access your location

Accepting this will ensure that full location services can be used when using the app

Access Reapit Go homepage & navigation bar

With the exception of the weather information, all information shown on the Reapit Go homepage is taken from your Reapit database - updating information within Reapit Go updates your Reapit CRM database and will be seen when using the Reapit CRM desktop product

1. Reapit Go homepage

After logging in, the Reapit Go homepage is displayed:

  • Your name and uploaded image are displayed at the top
    When no image uploaded, initials are displayed instead

  • When sharing your location, the weather in your current location is also displayed
    Where your location is not shared, the current weather in your office location will be displayed

Appointments

  • Tap blue plus icon (+) to create a new appointment

  • The number of remaining appointments for today for the logged in user is shown (on left)

    • A tick icon is displayed when all appointments are complete for the day

    • Tap panel to open Diary

  • The number of appointments to be followed-up for the logged in user is shown on right

    • This covers follow ups due today and the previous 2 days

    • A tick icon is displayed when all required follow-ups have been completed

    • Tap panel to open Follow Ups Due list

  • Basic details of the next appointment for the logged in user is displayed

    • Tap panel to view the appointment detail

2. Navigation bar (bottom of screen)

The navigation bar is always displayed across the bottom of the Reapit Go screen, for detailed information on how to use each option shown on the navigation bar, click the following links:

  • Appointments/Diary - ADD LINK!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Properties - ADD LINK!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Applicants - ADD LINK!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Contacts - ADD LINK!!!!!!!!!!!!

Navigation tips

  • Tap the back button on your browser to go back to the previous screen

  • The Reapit icon is shown on most screens (top left) - tap it to return to the homepage

    • If not shown, you can usually tap the cross (top right) to close the current screen to go back to the previous screen

Bookmark homepage and/or specific location/page within Reapit Go

After launching Reapit Go, you may wish to bookmark the homepage for future use

From the Reapit Go homepage:

  • Create bookmark as usual

It is also possible to bookmark a specific location/page with Reapit Go:
For example, if you would prefer to see the diary (rather than the homepage) when logging in

  • Navigate to the required location, e.g. tap Diary

  • Create your bookmark as usual

  • When accessing Reapit Go again, use this bookmark to go straight to the required location
