When images are added to RPS, they are compressed slightly once they are on our servers. We recommend having a folder setup on a shared folder where RPS can then make a copy of all images added to RPS.

Your IT create the shared folder where a copy of all images added to RPS are stored. This will ensure images in brochures and online are those origial images prior to compression.

RPS will prevent you from adding images if the path in the configuration for that shared folder is incorrect.


1. Hi-res picture path does not exist

  • RPS is unable to locate the folder to copy the property's images to.

  • This is in place to prevent compressed images from being used in brochures or online listings

2. Checking folder location

Go to the location highlighted in the error message. In some instances, the issue can be resolved by re-establishing connection to the shared drive.

3. Confirm correct path

  • Failing the above, contact your IT in order to confirm the correct path for the Hi-Res folder

  • Contact Reapit Support with the correct path
