A configuration option is available which, when enabled, provides the option to send an email to all email addresses stored on a contact record

Send email to all email addresses held Where more than one email address is stored within the contact details section of a record (e.g. applicant, tenant, vendor, landlord, contact etc.):
Selecting Send to all e-mails will enter both email addresses in the To field of the new email |
