This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

As part of the new user interface (UI) project, the following screens have been redesigned in 12.142 to bring them in line with previously redesigned screens

For all screens outlined here, all existing functionality exists but with a refreshed look and feel

Auctions

The auctions screen now uses the new UI format

From the main menu:

  • Click Property and select Auctions

  • The screen displayed uses the new UI format

  • The auctions screen is no longer ‘docked’ within AgencyCloud, meaning it appears as a separate window over the top of the main screen and can be moved/resized as required

Open house / open for inspection (OFI) viewings

The open house viewings screen now uses the new UI format

From the main menu:

  • From a property record, right-click Viewings and Keys and select View Open Houses

  • The screen displayed uses the new UI format
