Access AppMarket and search FocalAgent

A FocalPack is a product offered and created by FocalAgent containing marketing assets - such as photos, videos, virtual tours and floorplans - when FocalAgent integration is set up for FocalPack ordering within Reapit, a pack can be ordered via Reapit, with the resulting pack being returned and available to use within the Reapit platform

This article outlines how to report on packs ordered via FocalAgent

1. Select report type

From the main menu, click Reports and select Power Reports:

Ensure Property Report type is selected
Click Pick Property Criteria
Select any options required to narrow down the results returned
E.g. Office or Status
Click Show more
The Referrals option will now be shown in the Linked Records section - see next step

2. Pick criteria

From Linked Records section:

Click Referrals
Click Pick Referral Criteria

3. FocalPack criteria

Select the FocalPack criteria types required
One or more options can be chosen in the same report - all are selected in the example below
Enter the criteria to report on

Click Run Report (bottom right of screen, not shown)
