Wherever sent emails are being saved, from AgencyCloud 12.119+, attachments included in the email will be stored automatically (as well as the email itself) - this feature is currently just for Outlook email
Configuration is required in order for sent emails to be saved. If not configured on your system, please click here to raise a configuration request with Reapit Support
1. Send email An email can be sent from within the system in various places For example:

2. Saved email in Activity Feed After the email is sent, a record of this is added to the Activity Feed of the related record(s)
