Accessing Setup Mailings & Events screen
From main menu:

Mailings
Contacts can be subscribed to mailings, either individually or in bulk - once subscribed, letters/e-mails can be created or the list can be exported to Microsoft Excel, click here for more information:

From the Setup Mailings/Event screen:
To add new mailings:

The following settings are available: | |
Code | Enter a unique code for this mailing, see examples above. (This can not be changed once saved) |
Name | Enter the name of the mailing |
Type | Select the category the mailing needs to go in |
Recurring | Ignore - setting no longer in use |
Weekly on, Monthly, | Ignore - setting no longer in use |
Default letter | Ignore - setting no longer in use |
Office | If the mailing is exclusive to one/more offices, select office name(s) here - if not, leave blank |
Categories | Ignore - setting no longer in use |
Events
