When viewing details of tenancies due for renewal & renewal negotiations from the Organiser, arrears related information can be viewed


1. View list of tenancies

From the Organiser, Property Management panel:

  • Click Tenancies due for renewal or Tenancy renewal negotiations

    The list of tenancies will be displayed 

  • Hover over the panel header and click Pop out to full results icon

    The tenancies will be shown in a grid, see next step



2. Add arrears information columns to grid

  • Right-click over column headings and select Pick Columns
  • Select Arrears and Outstanding

If you wish to see these columns every time you view this grid, click Save grid layout (also in the right-click menu)

3. View arrears information

The new Arrears and Outstanding columns are added to the far right of the grid

  • Column position can be moved by clicking and dragging the column headings
    Right-click and choose Save grid layout to save this change

  • Click the column headings for options to group or filter the list
