An alert can be created on a tenancy record - this alert displays on the tenancy Activity Feed and also any works orders for the tenancy, as well as the associated property record
Pre-AgencyCloud 12.151, alerts could only be created from a contact record, as outlined here - this functionality is still in place
One tenancy alert can be added - a tenancy alert is added in addition to any other types of alert currently in place
In AgencyCloud 12.152+, alert functionality is further extended to allow applicant and property alerts to be created
1. Create tenancy alert Open the tenancy record where the alert is to be added From Activity Feed panel:

2. View alert
