Add alert changes to Activity Feed - configuration option

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

A configuration option is available which allows changes to alerts to be added to the Activity Feed of the originating record

From the record where the alert originates:
(i.e. contact alert changes are logged in the contact Activity Feed)

  • When an alert has been added, removed or edited an entry is automatically added to the Activity Feed

In this example, a contact alert was added (yesterday) then removed - another new contact alert was then added and edited
