If you want to attach a file held in AgencyCloud to an Outlook email that is currently open, this article explains how
From the Letters screen or Document Management window:
- Right-click over the file to attach
- Hover over Attach to open e-mail
The subject line(s) from all open emails will be displayed - Select the relevant email
The file will be attached to the selected email
This option works around a previous issue where emails could not be attached from AgencyCloud in a Windows 10 environment
