A configuration option is available which allows a property’s council tax band to be set

When a council tax band has been entered, the information can be set-up to be included in property brochures & also upload to property portals/company website (as part of the property description)

To enable this configuration option, click here to contact Reapit Support

From the property record:

  • Click Marketing

  • Click link beside Council Tax and select the required band
    If unknown, select Not Yet Available

  • Close the Marketing screen and click Save on the property record

Council tax band can be included in a Power Report when reporting on sales/lettings properties, see below

Running a property report to include council tax band

From the main menu, click Reports and select Power Reports:

  • Select report type of Properties and select Sales or Lettings

  • Click Pick Property Criteria

  • Click Show more to see the Council tax band criteria option

  • In this example, the report will return sales properties for the user’s office that are for sale, aren’t external and haven’t got a council tax band set up
