A configuration option is available which allows renewal fee details to be entered on instruction on the property record via the Rent/Fee Details screen

When a tenancy renewal is added, the renewal information added on the property Rent/Fee Details screen is automatically copied across

1. Access renewal details panel

From lettings property:

  • Click Rent/Fee Details

  • Renewal Details panel is available top right

2. Complete renewal details

  • Enter Letting fee, Management fee and individual Fees, as required

  • Notes can also be added below

For both Letting fee and Management fee, click icon to right for options to:

  • Change to fixed amount (from percentage rate & vice versa)

  • Set to multiple of weekly / monthly rent
