Configuration option which prevents documents/letters being overwritten when attempting to save a file with the same filename & type as that of an existing file within the same documents/letters screen

From AgencyCloud 12.153+, Power Reports can be run for works orders
Add renewal fee detail on property record - configuration option
Configuration option which allows renewal fee details to be entered on the property record via the Rent/Fee Details screen
Report on outstanding renewal checks
From AgencyCloud 12.153+, when using legacy format checks in renewal negotiations, outstanding renewal checks can be reported on via Power Reports

Deposit/bond release agreed information shown in Property Management panel
When using deposit/bond initiation release functionality, information on tenancies where the deposit/bond release has been agreed can be accessed via the Property Management panel on the Organiser
Landlord admin fee VAT/GST option
When adding a landlord admin fee, the option to include VAT/GST is available
