This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

Two new columns can be added to the Outstanding Works Orders grid to show the:

  • date the last works order note was entered

  • last works order note text

This gives better visibility in the grid of works order notes and when they were last added, while allowing works orders to be sorted and filtered by the date/text in the works order note

From main menu:

  • Click Lettings/Rentals and select Outstanding Works Orders

  • Right-click over the column headings, select Pick columns and select
    Last Works Order Note Date and/or Last Works Order Text and click Accept

  • The new columns are added to the far right side of the grid - click and drag the column headings to the desired position

  • Right-click over the column headings again and click Save grid layout

  • The columns will show when using this type of grid again - grid functions can be used to sort or filter by text or date

    • To sort the list, click the column heading

    • To filter the list, click to the right of the column heading (to view filter icon, shown below), enter the text/date to filter by and click Update
