If you have access to self-service configuration screens within AgencyCloud - from AgencyCloud 12.168+, the setup offices screen can be used to accurately identify each office’s location through lat/long coordinates

This ensures that when an office location is being shown (e.g. via a Reapit Foundations app), the correct location for the office is displayed

The setup offices screen is one of several configuration areas within AgencyCloud where access can be given to authorised users - for more information on using this screen, see this guide:

1. Access office setup

From the main menu:

  • Click your name/office top left of main menu

  • Click Configuration and select Setup Offices

  • Beside Lat/Long click Select

  • The red marker shows the current office location

Click and drag the map to move it - click Centre Map (top right) to reposition map
Use the +/- buttons (or mouse wheel) to zoom in/out

2. Change office location

From map screen:

  • Click and drag the red marker to the required position

  • Click Accept
    The Lat/Long coordinates will be updated on the office setup screen
