System performance
Searching uses ‘fulltext’ functionality by default
‘Fulltext’ searching is now on by default - this functionality changes the way searching is carried out to ensure that database queries perform as efficiently as possible and reduce search times as a result
Testing of this feature has found that where a search could have taken 2 minutes to complete previously (mainly due to slow archive searching), the new search functionality can reduce the same search to around 1-2 seconds duration
Sales & lettings/rentals content
Generate property descriptions via AI technology
Property descriptions can be generated using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology - initially based on the property attributes, the tone, description type and suitable adjectives can be selected and, based on all selections made, the property brief description and long description are generated and added to the property record
Interactive contact details on sales progress screen
Shortcut icons are available beside the vendor, buyer and solicitor contact details on the sales progress screen, allowing the number to be dialled and/or a text or email message sent
Accounts content*
Tenancy income report - configuration option
A configuration option is available to provide tenancy income reporting functionality - this gives the ability to run two detailed tenancy income reports on fees/commission and also income and forecasting
Configuration options are available to Enterprise customers only
* Only applies to users of Client Accounts (UK), Sales Trust Accounts or Property Management Accounts (APAC)
