A configuration option is available to provide tenancy income report functionality - this gives the ability to run two detailed tenancy income reports, outlined below

The tenancy income reporting screen allows two types of reports to be run:

Fees & Commission report
Detailed report which gives an indication of fees/commission earned that can be broken down by negotiator/office - this report outputs to a grid and is outlined in more detail here:

Tenancy Income & Forecast report
This report, which is output to Excel, gives an indication of expected income from both invoiced and pipeline fees which can be broken down by negotiator/office - this report outputs to Excel and is outlined in more detail here: Tenancy income & forecast report (tenancy income report)
