This page outlines the latest additions and enhancements to Reapit version 12.187

General

Prevent access to ID check screens, plus related configuration updates

A single configuration option is available which prevents a user from gaining access to the ID Checks screens on any role record, plus two other changes to ID Check screen access have been made

Sales & lettings/rentals content

Key management screen - configuration option

Details of keys stored on the system can be viewed in a single screen, allowing all key management to be carried out from one place

Accounts content*

Property status determines when landlord fees are raised

When landlord fee functionality is in use, the lettings property status determines whether landlord fees are raised

Landlord name included in unallocated tenant receipts screen

Landlord names are now shown in the unallocated tenant receipts screen - grid functions can be used to filter or sort by landlord name to find the required receipt

New user interface (UI) updates

New UI - client account picker screen

As part of the on-going new user interface (UI) project, the client account picker screen has been redesigned to bring it in line with previously redesigned screens

 

Configuration options are available to Enterprise customers only
* Only applies to users of Client Accounts (UK), Sales Trust Accounts or Property Management Accounts (APAC)
** Only applies to users of Block Management
