No configuration is required for this update - however, English Quarter Date functionality is a configurable option for Enterprise customers
English quarter date functionality allows rent to be collected using traditional English quarter dates
It is set up on the tenancy as the rent collection frequency and can also be set up for the collection of letting fees and/or management fees - for more information on this functionality, click here:

The following updates have been made to English quarter date functionality:
To assist in clarification of the model being used, the labelling for English quarter date functionality has been updated to use the correct term of English quarter dates - rather than British quarter dates, as seen previously
The position of the English quarter date option in the frequency menu has moved
When English quarter date functionality is enabled, the following fields are no longer automatically changed to English quarter date frequency, but can be changed manually, when required
initial rent payable
letting fee frequency
management fee frequency
1. Label changes All previous references to British quarter dates on a tenancy have been updated to use the term English quarter dates

Fields no longer automatically updated when English quarter date functionality enabled When English quarter date functionality is enabled, the defaults used on the tenancy in the highlighted fields below are no longer automatically changed to English quarter date frequency Where required, the fields can be changed manually to Eng. Quarter (as seen in step 1 above) |
