Open contact record of tenant, additional tenants & occupiers on an arranging tenancy

When a tenancy is at Arranging Tenancy status, the contact records of the main tenant, additional tenants and occupiers can be opened from the tenancy screen

This update allows contact details to be easily viewed and edited from the tenancy screen while the tenancy is being arranged
Prior to this update, only the main tenant and additional tenant applicant records could be opened while the tenancy was being arranged

From an Arranging Tenancy:

  • An icon is displayed to the right of the Main Tenant name

    • Click to display the main tenant contact record

  • In the Additional Tenants / Occupiers panel, additional tenant and/or occupier names are displayed

    • Right-click additional tenant/occupier name and select Open contact
      This can be done on an occupier providing they have a contact record

Click the Main Tenant, Additional Tenant or Occupier link to display the main tenant applicant record
When the tenancy status is Current, clicking a Main Tenant or Additional Tenant link displays their tenant record and clicking an Occupier link displays the occupier contact record (when the occupier is a contact)
