The ability to use ‘Fi’ - Reapit’s chatbot - is now available
Fi can be used to ask ‘how to’ questions regarding the use of Reapit CRM for sales and lettings
Asking Fi a question uses AI to search the Knowledge Base to return relevant answers based on the keywords used in the question
1. Ask Fi a question Fi is always available to use via the main menu
If you need to refer to the answer again, you can copy it to another location (e.g. Word) |
2. Fi’s answer Icons are available at the bottom of Fi’s answer, as follows (from left to right):
If Fi doesn’t know the answer to your question… In some cases, Fi may give you an incorrect answer - if this happens:
You might be told that no answer is available - if this happens:
