The ability to use ‘Fi’ - Reapit’s chatbot - is now available

Fi can be used to ask ‘how to’ questions regarding the use of Reapit CRM for sales and lettings

Asking Fi a question uses AI to search the Knowledge Base to return relevant answers based on the keywords used in the question

1. Ask Fi a question

Fi is always available to use via the main menu

  • Click question mark icon (top left)

  • The Reapit AI Assistant screen is displayed with a greeting

  • In the Message field, type your question, then press the arrow icon to submit the question
    (or press enter on your keyboard)

  • Fi’s answer is displayed below

If you need to refer to the answer again, you can copy it to another location (e.g. Word)
Scroll to the bottom of the answer for the option to copy it - see step 2

2. Fi’s answer

Icons are available at the bottom of Fi’s answer, as follows (from left to right):

  • Copy - copies the answer to the clipboard, allowing it to be pasted elsewhere (e.g. Word)

  • Good response - click to report a good response

  • Bad response - click to report a bad (or incorrect) response

  • Retry - click to generate a slightly different response to the last question asked

If Fi doesn’t know the answer to your question…

In some cases, Fi may give you an incorrect answer - if this happens:

You might be told that no answer is available - if this happens:

  • Try re-wording your question

  • If you are still being told that no answer is available, links are provided to:

    • the Knowledge Base (for product help)

    • the customer portal to log a support ticket (for product issues)
