Updating property information online (UK only)

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to the UK only

This page explains how to re-send / force through changes made to a record in AgencyCloud to update your property portals

You may need to do this due to a price, description or picture change (for example) and you want to apply the update as soon as possible

From the property:

Click Marketing then Update Portals
This will update the necessary portals and display a Sending was successful message
If there is nothing to update, you will be informed via a pop-up

You may see different wording here, such as Update Rightmove or Update Website - these options will still update your property
