New user interface - output/print/report options

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

As part of the new user interface (UI) project, the output screen has been redesigned to bring it in line with previously redesigned screens

The output screen is seen throughout the system when viewing a list and clicking Print (and previously Report), offering print options and other functions, such as generating emails/letters and exporting to Excel

All existing functionality exists but with a refreshed look and feel with enhanced usability features

For example, after running an applicant to property match and clicking Print (top right):

The new output screen is displayed:

  • All options are viewable on the same screen and are grouped according to their function

  • Select the required option(s) and click Proceed

The new output options screen will be displayed when clicking Print from any screen using the new user interface
