New user interface - match results

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

As part of the new user interface (UI) project, the match results screen has been redesigned to bring it in line with previously redesigned screens

All existing functionality exists but with a refreshed look and feel with enhanced usability features

1. Applicant to property match

After carrying out an applicant to property match, the new screen format is shown

  • Can use delete or x key to remove matched properties, as usual

  • Usual options to Add another property to the list, use Applicant Preview and the Show on Map functions are available top left

  • Print button, top right, offers the options previously seen when clicking Report
    Allowing you to print the match list, generate a match letter/email or to export the list

  • Selecting a property in the list shows more detail below

  • All property images can be viewed - hover over the image and use arrow buttons to navigate through the image gallery
    To hide the property picture, resizing the window (to make it smaller) will remove the picture from view

2. Property to applicant match

After carrying out a property to applicant match, the new screen format is shown

  • Can use delete or x key to remove matched applicants, as usual

  • Usual option to Add another applicant to the list is available top left

  • Print button, top right, offers the options previously seen when clicking Report
    Allowing you to print the match list, generate letters/emails for the applicants in the list or to export the list

  • Position column is now shown, allowing you to filter by status (previously done using Filter Options)
    Hover over the column and click the filter icon to enter the search text to filter by

  • Selecting an applicant in the list shows more detail below

  • When requirement notes have been entered, these are shown bottom left and offer a pop-out icon to allow you to view them full screen
