New user interface - tenancy search screen

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

As part of the new user interface (UI) project, the tenancy search screen has been redesigned to bring it in line with previously redesigned screens

All existing functionality exists but with a refreshed look and feel with enhanced usability features

The Tenancy Search screen is used across the system
For example, when carrying out an Advanced Search for a tenancy

  • Click Universal Search icon, then click Advanced Search (link/button) and select Tenancy Search
    The new tenancy search screen is displayed

  • Use the left side of the screen to enter your search criteria then click Search
    Or press enter on your keyboard

  • Search results are shown in a grid, allowing you to click the column headings to sort the information shown or click to the right of the column headings for options to filter or group 

The tenancy search screen was implemented from AgencyCloud 12.131 and then, from 12.134, the screen was implemented across all areas of AgencyCloud where a search is required
(i.e. applicant, property, contact, etc)
