Multiple tenant contact details shown on works orders

To make it easier to access all tenant contact details from one place, the contact details for all tenants assigned to a tenancy can be viewed on a works order

When a tenancy has more than one tenant, when viewing a works order:

  • In the Tenant panel (bottom right), the tenant names are shown as a link

  • Click the link to view all tenant contact details

  • Select the name on the left to view the contact details on the right

    The icons to the right of the contact type provide shortcuts to sending an email, as well as making a call or sending an SMS (where enabled)
