New user interface - offers screen
This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions
As part of the new user interface (UI) project, the offers screen has been redesigned to bring it in line with previously redesigned screens.
All existing functionality exists but with a refreshed look and feel with enhanced usability features
Each section of the new offers screen is covered below
Property status & screen tabs
 Both screens - Offers & Reservations and Buyer & Sales Details - are outlined in the sections below |
Offers & Reservations
The Offers & Reservations screen is used to log offers and progress the sale
Available Offers & adding a new offer All offers for the current property are displayed in this panel Use grid functions to sort/filter/group the list:

As with the legacy offers screen, the offer should be selected when viewing/adding other information in this screen, such as offer status, see next step  | |
Offer Status (etc.) Ensure the correct offer is selected in the Available Offers panel above

Invoice, Letters & Save buttons

Activity Feed The Activity Feed panel offers the same functionality seen in other redesigned screens and replaces the Notes functionality previously available in the legacy offers screen
When offer checks are in use, these can be accessed and updated via the panel at the bottom of the Activity Feed |
Buyer & Sales Details
The Buyer & Sales screen is usually used from when a property is at exchange stage onwards
All functionality seen in the legacy offers screen exists but in the new format, with information organised into easier to follow panels, such as the Buyer Solicitor being available in the Sale Details panel and the Sold By options now being available via a link menu |
