New UI round-up: v12.140

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

As part of the new user interface (UI) project, the following screens have been redesigned in 12.140 to bring them in line with previously redesigned screens

For all screens outlined here, all existing functionality exists but with a refreshed look and feel

Fee split edit screen

When adding internal fee split information to a sales property, the Fee Split screen now uses the new UI format

From the Offers screen:

  • Click Buyer & Sales Details tab

  • In Internal fee splits, click add

  • The screen displayed uses the new UI format

Lost instruction screen

When logging a market appraisal property as a lost instruction, the Lost Instruction screen now uses the new UI format

From the sales property:

  • Click Status

  • Select Lost Instruction to other agent

  • The screen displayed uses the new UI format

Withdrawal details screen

When changing a property’s status to withdrawn, the Withdrawn Details screen now uses the new UI format

From the property:

  • Click Status and select Withdrawn

  • The screen displayed uses the new UI format

Sales invoice report results screen

When running a sales invoice report, the screen displaying the report results now uses the new UI format

From the Invoice Reports screen:

  • Enter the report criteria and click Report to run the report

  • The screen displayed uses the new UI format

Add auction screen

When adding details of a new auction, the add auction screen now uses the new UI format

From the auction screen:

  • Click Add Auction

  • The screen displayed uses the new UI format

Marketing mode prompt

When viewing a property which is being marketed in AgencyCloud as both sales & lettings, the prompt to request which marketing mode to view it in now uses the new UI format

For example, from the diary:

  • Right-click over an appointment and select View Property

  • When a property is being marketed as sales and lettings, a prompt is displayed

  • The screen displayed uses the new UI format
