Ignore secondary ID expiry date - configuration option

Ignore secondary ID expiry date - configuration option

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

A configuration option is available which allows the expiry date on secondary ID to be ignored

When enabled, providing the primary ID is valid and in-date, the ID check can be marked as successful, even though the secondary ID is out-of-date

To enable this configuration option, click here to contact Reapit Support

From the ID Check screen:

  • When the Secondary ID Expiry date passes, providing the Primary ID Expiry is still valid, then the ID Check status will remain Successful

A new ID check can also be added with the Secondary ID Expiry date passed
