Tenant start/end dates respected across system - configuration option

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

A configuration option is available which takes into consideration the tenant start & end dates across the system - for example:

  • when a tenant has been added to a tenancy from 1st April 2022, they will not be shown on the property record as a tenant until that date

  • when a tenant has vacated a tenancy, once the date has passed, they will not be shown on the property record as a tenant

  • from a contact record, the contact activity will show vacated tenants (when applicable)

  • works order templates are able to list active tenants
