Changes to ID checks detailed in ID check screen

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

When viewing the ID check screen, details of changes made are displayed

This applies to systems where the ID check screen uses two panels, as shown below

  • In the left side panel, information on the date the check was added and who it was checked by is displayed

  • On the right side panel - for checks that were cancelled for example, the original check date and who the check was carried out by is displayed

A configuration option is also available to ensure that changes to ID checks are detailed in the contact journal - click here for more information:
