Using Reapit IQ (UK only)

1. Access Reapit IQ

• Copy this URL to a browser screen on your device: https://reapitiq.litmoseu.com

2. Enter login details

Enter your user name and password, as follows

• Username: your email address

• Password: Welcome1!

Open

• The Reapit IQ homepage will be displayed, see next section

• After logging in, the Reapit IQ homepage is displayed

• Click Content Library (top left)

Courses range from online videos to live webinars & classroom sessions

• A variety of methods can be used to find the required course

  • use search bar at the top to search for courses by name

  • scroll through the list of courses

  • use filter options on left to narrow down the list

For example, to find all negotiator related courses, enter negotiator in the search field:

3. Enrol onto online course

If the course you want to do is an online course, follow these instructions

From the Content Library, find the required course:

• Click the relevant course to enrol onto - e.g. Negotiator L1 Online

• Click Start this course

4. Enrol onto webinar/classroom course

If the course you want to do is a webinar/classroom course, follow these instructions

From the Content Library, find the required course:

• Click the relevant course to enrol onto - e.g. Negotiator L1 Classroom or Webinar

• Click Start this course

• A list of available courses will be displayed for you to choose from

  • find a suitable date & time for the course

  • if you are attending a classroom course, ensure the location chosen is suitable to you
    i.e. London, Solihull or Leeds

• Beside the required course, click Register

Once logged in to Reapit IQ, you can change your password:

• Click your initials (top right)

• Select My Profile and Settings

• In the Personal Information panel, click Change password
