A configuration option is available which allows specific pre-instruction checks within the checklist to be set as optional
This allows checklist items that are not essential for advertising to be set-up as optional, meaning that the property can be changed to for sale/to let, and therefore advertised, without all pre-instruction checks being marked as complete
