A configuration option is available which allows specific pre-instruction checks within the checklist to be set as optional

This allows checklist items that are not essential for advertising to be set-up as optional, meaning that the property can be changed to for sale/to let, and therefore advertised, without all pre-instruction checks being marked as complete

From property:

  • Click Pre-Instruction Checks

  • Checks that have been set-up as optional are shown with beside them - these checks do not have to be marked as Completed or Not Needed before the property can be set to For Sale/To Let - Available
